The Junior Woman's Club of Ramsey continues to support Foster
and Adoptive Family Services
Now through April 18th, we will collect new books and pajamas for children in foster care in New Jersey. The donated items will be given to Foster and Adoptive Family Services (F.A.F.S) to distribute to children throughout the state. F.A.F.S.' "Bedtime for Children in Care Literacy Initiative" is designed to promote literacy for children in care by providing gift bags that contain pajamas, slippers and new books for bedtime reading. Items must be new and can be appropriate for any age group, from infant to teens. A collection bin for donations will be available at the Ramsey Public Library at 171 Lake Street in Ramsey, through April 18th. For more information on F.A.F.S. click here. |
